About Fercia

My name is Fercia Cardenas. I’ve been married to my high school sweetheart for 20 years, and together we have two wonderful children — a 16-year-old and a 10-year-old son. I am Mexican, bilingual, and fluent in both Spanish and English, with English being my second language.

I have worked in property management for the past 17 years with the same company, where I currently oversee 208 apartment units and 105 houses. Through the years, I have developed extensive knowledge in housing regulations, tax credit properties, and helping families find safe and comfortable places to call home.

About two years ago, I decided to obtain my real estate license because of my passion for helping families achieve homeownership and find the right place for their needs. While I am still learning the real estate paperwork and continuing to grow in the industry, I am excited about the journey ahead and hope to become a full-time real estate agent one day.
